HAPPINESS IS A CHOICE...!




If you want to be happy and relaxed a desired dream you had last night is enough! 
A single small conversation is everything you need...
A sweet hello from the desired person is sufficient...
A single drop of rain or a ray of sunshine is adequate...
A simple touch of moon light 
Or the cold breeze gently touching your face is all the pleasure you've always wanted...
These simple things are enough for you IF you want to be happy
BUT mind it... there is a big IF!

There are multiple effortless and simple ways to be happy, if you want to. Yes! it's your choice to be happy. Here are convinient 13 steps you have to follow if you want to be happy.

  1. Expect less, Hope more! Do not keep your expectations high because high expectations often let you down. According to the Australian teams psychologist, Graham Winters, it feels better to come third when you are not expecting it than to be piped for first. Being hopeful is something that keeps you going even in the darkest times of your life. So,stop expecting high from others, hoping well is other thing.
  2. Believe in yourself! Always believe in yourself. Don't let others to tell you that there is something you cannot do. If you don't believe yourself then it does not matter how talented you are or how big your dreams are. When you believe yourself, you will be satisfied and this satisfaction will ultimately leads towards happiness. 
  3. Accept others for who they are...! Do not tell others what they should be and how they have to change themselves. Accept them for who they are.
    Every person is unique with goodness inside them. When you will start accepting others for who they are your worries become less and you will be more happy then you were before. 
  4. Respect others choices! Remember one thing that respect is more important than love. Always respect each other's choices. Give respect to others opinions. Your opinion or way of thinking could be different and so is the case with others. So, stop implementing your choices and thinking to others. This easy step can make your life really easy, also improving quality of your interpersonal relations.Hence, making you happy. 
  5. Be Grateful for what you have! NEVER, EVER look forward to the
    things you don't have in your life,instead always be grateful for what you have. Studies shows that focusing on the things you don't have will reduce your life satisfaction which ultimately reduces happiness. 
  6. Let go of Idealism! No one's life is ideal, everyone have their own flaws. The difference is only that some people's flaws are hidden somehow, making others believe that their life is perfect. It's not true, no one here is perfect. Everyone has weaknesess and limitations. So, if you want to be perfect or wants to have an ideal life then this concept of achieving perfectionism would only increase your stress level. You should always hope and try to be better then you were before but while doing this always remember that "Perfection is a goal that will forever remain impossible for any human being to achieve.   7. Be Real! Our true self is being who we are. Do not strive to become what you are not. "Be who you are and say what you want, for those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind." __Dr. Suess 
  8. Spread Smiles and Love! If you want yourself to be happy then justify 
    your desire by spreading love and distributing smiles among others. Moreover, it's a wise saying that what you give to others will ultimately come to you.  
  9. Give importance to simpler things! Gold does not predict happiness. If you have choose to be happy then a good weather, a cup of coffee along with a simple conversation with a good friend will makes you more than happy.
  10. Always think Well! Once you replace your negative thoughts with positive ones, you'll start having positive results. This is why it is always suggested to think well. Negative thoughts bring worries to your life and positive ones on the other hand relax you down, making yourself happy. 
  11. Spread Positivity, Ignore Negativity! World is filled with
    negativity already, don't contribute to make it more negative. Spread positive vibes around yourself and when you do so, you'll notice that people will love to be around you. The positive light you'll emit will enlighten them too, making you contend. And if you encounter some negativity, then don't become a part of it, don't contribute in its darkness, just ignore it and walk away. This will make your life easy and will make you happy, in return.  
  12. Don't be Materialistic! What do you
    think? Having Lamborghini or Bugatti, owning an apartment alongside the beach in  Mostique or Moorea Island or even possessing Koh-i-Noor or The Sancy Diamond determine your happiness? Then you are completely wrong about it. Happiness isn't a tangible thing you can buy on a sale. If you want to buy something that leads toward happiness, then spend on experiences (not things). The joy of buying stuff or having expensive stuff fades away with time but the quality time spend with the loved ones always remain in your memories always refreshing your heart with joy. That is why you won't see billionaires much happy. 
  13. Stop Judging! The basic problem in our world is that we start judging people
    and develop an opinion about them after our first meet-up. The truth is we don't have this right. There's a story behind every person. There's a reason why they're the way they are. You can't judge others choices without understanding their reasons. So, stop judging.
